The office developed a concept of in-store technology for the new generation of Apple stores, including SkinPix® – distributed digital display.
SkinPix® offers a seamless, transparent and variable-resolution display that is perfectly integrated to the traditional high-end material palette that is deployed in current Apple stores.
The new branding effort involves the exterior skin of the store as well, where advanced digital technology and energy strategies convey Apple’s new social and environmental agenda.
Curtain wall systems under development includes the integration of Algae for production of bio-fuel; ETFE pillows and flexible photovoltaic cells and a vertical garden shading device.
